MEP Project Manager
Responsible for managing the Assistant MEP Project Manager. The MEP Project Manager will operate in a consulting capacity to the Project Teams for MEP Subcontractor Management. The MEP Project Manager is responsible for assisting with identifying risks and opportunities, while collaborating with the project team. The project team is responsible for the daily management of the MEP subcontractors and required follow-up of action items.
Salary $115,000 - $175,000

Essential Functions:
- Supervise Assistant MEP Project Manager: Oversee their development through feedback, training, and coaching.
- Manage MEP subcontractor coordination processes: Develop, train, and implement processes.
- Assist Project Teams: Provide support, attend meetings, and resolve critical MEP-related challenges.
- Ensure MEP Quality Control: Monitor subcontractor schedules, identify risks, and develop strategies. Verify shop drawings and contract documents.
- Conduct MEP constructability reviews: Audit RFI’s and submittals, support MEP coordination process, and ensure readiness for AHJ inspections.
- Provide progress reporting: Issue Field Observations and monthly reports to General Superintendent.

Day in the Life
A typical day could be starting out at one of our jobsites, attending a MEP coordination meeting, followed up by a site walk with one of our Sr. Project Managers. Afterwards, your headed back to our main office for a meeting with our Director of Estimating for a quick scope review of a project we are assembling in preparation for procurement.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience with installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing or sprinkler systems
- Knowledge of MEP means and methods
- MEP technical expertise
- Proficiency in Adobe, PlanGrid, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite
Preferred Education & Experience:
- 7 or more years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in MEP related field
Full Time, Exempt
Monday – Friday 6:30am to 4:00pm, and frequently require longer hours and weekend work
