Frank Vero, Sr., founder of Aurora Contractors, Inc., has over 40 years of construction experience. Frank took a small carpentry company and built it into a dynamic, full-service construction management and general construction company.

One of Frank’s core philosophies is to have personal involvement in each of Aurora’s projects. To that end, Frank works closely with his employees, maintaining a hands-on approach to the day-to-day activities at Aurora. This approach has aided the steady growth and sense of continuity for both Aurora’s clients and employees.

Executive Vice President

Frank is the executive vice president of Aurora and currently directs all operations at Aurora, overseeing projects from estimating to completion. Frank started his career in the construction industry as a carpenter and continued his field education completing projects as a Superintendent and Project Manager.

Frank's leadership, managerial and strong family culture have benefited the company, employees, and clients. Frank has earned the respect of his coworkers and peers as he continues to strive to advance Aurora's success with his extensive experience directing all aspects of construction. Frank is actively involved in the development of Aurora's customer base, penetrating new markets by combining his business acumen with his knowledge of construction, local and national building codes, salesmanship and marketing. Frank's dedication to Aurora's and his own personal growth is exemplified by his problem-solving expertise, estimating abilities, professionalism and communication skills.

Frank serves on the Building Board of Governors for the Associated General Contractors of New York State. Frank graduated Magna Cum Laude from NYIT and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.

Vice President

As vice president, Anthony is responsible for overseeing multiple projects from estimating and procurement through TCO and closeout. He has a proven track record of successfully delivering numerous high-profile retail, hospitality, and industrial new construction projects totaling over $600 million for clients including FedEx, Neiman Marcus, Tanger, Hilton, and Macerich. Anthony has overseen several complex projects in the five boroughs including several 250,000+ sf pile-supported industrial buildings on Brownfield sites, multi-story full façade replacements, and four fast-track design-build projects for FedEx. Anthony has held numerous roles at Aurora that include project manager and chief estimator. As an owner, Anthony provides hands-on leadership for all of Aurora's employees and strives to deliver unparalleled service to all of Aurora's clients.
