Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for the ultimate success, including profitability, client satisfaction, and schedule, of each assigned project. The Project Manager plans and directs all activities, ensuring that Ownership is kept apprised of progress.
Salary $115,000 - $150,000

Essential Functions
- Manage project financials including timely requisitions, subcontractor payments, and budget oversight.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, issuing necessary notices and managing change orders promptly.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, updating as needed to align with progress and mitigate delays.
- Oversee project startup and mobilization, ensuring all procedures are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate comprehensive project closeout activities, including punch list management and documentation collection.
- Handle documentation and reporting tasks such as RFIs, Submittals, and project reports accurately and on time.
- Lead meetings effectively, including OAC and subcontractor meetings, ensuring participation and clear communication.
- Obtain necessary permits, utilities, and inspections to support project timelines and compliance.
- Proactively manage project risks by maintaining required permits, insurance, and safety programs.
- Foster team development through coaching and training, ensuring adherence to company values and professionalism in all interactions.

Seeking a project manager with out-of-the-ground experience, job site leadership, and expertise in precast, industrial, and renovation projects. Must be proficient in scheduling systems and managing logistics centers. Strong technical skills and hands-on construction knowledge required for successful execution, safety, compliance, and budget control.
Day in the Life
A Project Manager’s day is a dynamic mix of financial oversight, scheduling, coordination, and risk management. Mornings often start with reviewing financials, approving requisitions, and updating project schedules to prevent delays. Midday is packed with meetings—leading OAC sessions, coordinating with subcontractors, managing RFIs and change orders. Site visits in the afternoon ensure safety compliance and address any challenges, while closeout planning keeps final handoffs on track. Wrapping up the day involves strategizing for the next steps, mentoring team members, and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering from a four-year college or university plus 2-5 years of related experience; or five to seven years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Managerial experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Strong communication skills; thorough and attentive to details; able to prioritize and multitask; proactive and deadline oriented.
- Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Full Time, Exempt:
Monday – Friday 8-5pm (Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand)
