Aurora is excited to be the Construction Manager for the new Belmont Park Retail Village in Elmont, NY. The development is intended to create a high end, experience driven village-type atmosphere that would incorporate pedestrian pathways and squares, lined with over 150 small and unique buildings featuring boutiques, restaurants, and special events to complement the shopping experience.

• Project is targeting a LEED Gold certification coupled with a BREEAM Outstanding certification, a standard currently adopted in 89 countries
• Project footprint of roughly 700,000 SF will include over 400,000 SF of Gross building area
• Conveniently located off of the Cross Island Parkway and Hempstead Turnpike
