Aurora Contractors partnership with Lowe’s as the General Contractor for the new Lowe’s Home Center in Commack, NY proved so successful we acted as the expediter for the 100,650 SF Lowe’s Home Center in Yonkers, NY.

• Regular interaction with multiple agencies for entitlements, as well as existing mall agencies for delivery coordination, pedestrian safety, etc.
• Masonry exterior facade, a mix of load bearing masonry partitions and structural steel, and polished concrete floors
• 20,000 SF of garden center
• 10,000 SF of office space
• The project broke ground in August of 2016 and was completed ahead of schedule.
