Aurora Contractors was selected as the Construction Manager for the Rockefeller Group’s industrial warehouse located at 55 Paradise Ln., Bay Shore, NY. With Aurora’s vast experience in industrial facilities, this project was certain to be successful for all partners involved.

• The 180,000 square foot facilities superstructure is comprised of load bearing precast concrete panels and structural steel
• The warehouse is equipped with 40 loading dock positions
• Construction began January 2022 and was completed on schedule
